Engage with one of our therapists individually to explore and navigate this transitional life stage.
We will work on helping you know yourself more, how your experiences have shaped you, and where you belong in your relationships and world. Through our Young Adult Therapy sessions, we will work with you to identify and fulfill your short-term goals and long-term aspirations by coming up with skills and strategies, as well as recognizing your strengths and values.
We know adulting can be turbulent and demanding, but our hope is to help you feel supported and figure out how to make it fun, celebratory, and meaningful! Let’s work together to find your internal compass while navigating your identity, relationships (including dating, friends, family, and colleagues), college life, and jobs/career. We also have cultivated a team of therapists, who are passionate in working with clients who identify as BIPOC and/or 1st or 2nd generation immigrant American as a result of both their lived experiences and their clinical specialities.
Our Collaboration Process

We invite you to review our therapeutic process and discover what to expect before, throughout and at the end of our collaboration.
