Meet with one of our therapists individually to process current and past experiences in order to gain insights, understanding about thoughts/beliefs/values, skills, and strategies to improve your overall well-being. We will curiously and intentionally collaborate to understand experiences of depression, anxiety, worry, grief, stress, trauma, self-worth in order to aid in personal growth and change. We will be culturally-responsive and work to understand the context and systems that may be impacting you.

Taking the first step in your healing journey can generate feelings of anxiety and uncertainty—especially if you have never been in a therapy session before.
